Our review for the costs associated with the movement of containerized Intermodal volumes over the last period ending August 31, 2008, shows further changes for Truck and Rail as well as the corresponding payments made to our Intermodal service providers. Those changes are represented by the spreadsheet entitled 'Intermodal Zone Application'. For the remainder, adjustments are represented in the spreadsheet entitled 'IFC City State' which covers the major origin and destination cities. The IFC adjustments will become effective September 28, 2008 for Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands and effective October 12, 2008 for the Eastern Caribbean.

Due to the continued volatility of fuel prices, our IFC adjustments may once again be adjusted on a bi-monthly basis until we see some stabilization in fuel prices.
